Depending on you metabolism, eating healthy 90% of the time and a descent amount of working out would get you down to 8-10%. All you need are dumbbells, and a pull up bar (minimum) and ride your bike for cardio and you will find yourself in ideal shape in no time. Here are my 2.5 month results of doing these things (never went to a gym). In this pic I was 155. Anorexic? You need any tips, let me know. You don't have to feel self conscious. If you really do, change it. And don't pay a lot of money to get fit. I only spent around 150 bucks on dial in dumbbells, push up bars, pull up bar, and other minor **** like workout shorts.

Other than that, I think it is kind of ridiculous to spend so much money on a bike UNLESS one is a professional racer or something that completely justifies it.

P.S I know my flexing face looks silly!...
Too much muscle in places that won't improve your cycling!
