Cannodale SR 400 road bike frame

I've been talking to a guy who is about 2 hours way who is comming through my town and wants to trade / sell some bike parts.

I'm interested in a cannodale frame he has... model SR 400... frame is complete bike just needs wheels, cassete, tires, and tubes. Frame is aluminum. 58 cm

He is asking $75 for it... this if for a flip... so I'm thinking I could get $200 to $250 for the bike once complete but the trick is finding a decent 700c wheelset for around $50.

Picture are below. He said the bars are a bit bent... which makes me concerned that the bike was crashed... Does the Fork look bent from the photos?

He's got some other parts I could use including a 105 double crankset ($15), campy chorus front derailuer ($15), and a set of 27 in allow wheels ($25)... but it not worth the drive for him if I don't want the frame.

wheels not to the cannondale... 27in alloy wheels of a
