I haven't lost weight at all. But I haven't gained any either.
In fact, I think that I have more muscle now that before I started, and great legs.
That said, I don't weigh myself at all exept for at a Dr. appointment. So long as my clothes still fit and I don't go up sizes, so be it.
However, we just got a dog so I suspect that I could start losing weight as I am now walking miles every day in addition to my ~20 mile RT daily bike ride.
