Trek obviously has its following, but I hear more negative things about Trek than any other brand. I have heard people say it is a "walmart brand". Is that because you can buy trek bikes at walmart or is that a way of saying it is a cheap bike? (their opinion of course) I PERSONALLY just dont like the way MOST treks look aesthetically speaking, but there have been several that have caught my eye and thought they were very sexy. My thoughts speak nothing about the quality of performance though, because I have never ridden one.

am I alone in feeling that this is a popular thought towards Trek?

Supposedly this topic has been brought up as many times as a "which saddle should I get" thread and anyone who has taken part in this thread is an idiot for doing so. forget my question and carry on.
