Make a commitment to 5 minutes and only 5 minutes of riding. You don't need all your gear, just you helmet and at the end of 5 minutes if you wish to quit, then go home. No harm no foul as you met your commitment. If you feel like going further, then do so.

Don't obsess or over think about riding, it's only 5 minutes of your time and you know you can do that.

Good Luck

Don't think about it. Just five minutes, that's all.
