I'm a 5'4" (163cm) female at 150lb (68kg)... which is
not OK. I began commuting 6mi/day 2x/week on 9/1/11. My diet's not bad so I'm not planning on making any immediate changes to it in the near future. I may rethink this strategy if my weight refuses to budge, though >_<
