No ones butt is shaped the same. So another +1 on the sit bone measurement. At least from there you can easily rule out what saddles WONT work for you.
Sadly saddle buying is a trial and error process until you find the right saddle shape for your riding posture. Be it flat, or kicked up, or a flat or rounded nose, with or without a center channel, etc. etc.
If you have an LBS that does a saddle rental program, i highly recommend that you put some money towards that, and try as many differnt saddle shapes as you can, until you can find what works best for you. Sadly there is no magic bullet saddle that works for everyone out there. Regardless of what the Brooks saddle owners would have you believe.
