There was a horrible accident here in the Adirondacks last spring. A fellow was riding a golf cart in the early evening back from the course lounge to somewhere (car, condo, whatever). He was not going far and it was a typically quiet Adirondack evening with no real expectation of traffic. He crossed a quiet street where a longboarder was coming down pretty fast. Boarder had dark clothes on and was lying flat on his back. Longboarder was killed. What are the odds? I know, alcohol was likely invoved. But really, even a sober driver would likely have killed the kid. 2 lives lost.
If you're riding at night then be seen, no matter what you're riding.
