Ulnar Neuropathy...
So I've been on vacation for the past few days and decided not to bring my bike. In order to get some exercise I decided to got to the local gym and do some spinning. After about 1.5 hour I got a bit bored and slouched a bit more than I should have putting quite a bit of pressure on my wrist.
After I get up I feel my left pinky and 1/2 my ring finger slightly numb. I have no idea how I didn't notice it first but I knew what had happened... Improper form had caused pressure on the ulnar nerve (goes through guyon's tunnel). I haven't noticed and weakness (motor) in my grip but it is still numb (sensory) after a few days.
Taking NSAIDs and a warm water bottle but this is going to take some time to heal.
Neuropathy and HTFU don't go together.
Just a warning to beginners like me. Don't make this mistake...
