1. go to your local track
2. have proper gear (helmet, longsleeves, longpants and gloves and bike of course)
3. pay or do whatever you have to do to ride
4. go to the gate...
5. get in the gate...
6. "track stand" while waiting for the gate to drop
7. when the gate drops, pedal your balls out of the first straight.
8. hit the first jump
9. pedal your balls through the rest of the track...
10. beat little 5 year-olds and feel good about yourself
11. repeat as needed.
