I can honestly say that the past 7 years of medical hell truly SUCKED. Cycling, both road and MTB have pulled me back into great health and for that I am TRULY GRATEFUL!! Life at times can still suck but my time on a bike never sux!! It lifts my bad tude off my back and clears my mind. Living in a cycling paradise also helps!!
The news talks about a second recession. WTF? We're still in the one from 2008! Despite it all time on bike helps me get through it.
