I too have racks very similar to the OPs, except silver. I have comments about both the front & rear racks.
The front rack should be mounted so that the pannier mounting rails (upper leg of the mirrored trapezoidal structures on either side of the front wheel) is horizontal. So something is out of kilter with this install. When I get a chance I'll take & post pics of my setup to show what I mean.
The rear rack design is overconstrained (no fault of the OP or original installer - I'm talking about the design of the rack itself, with all due respect to Jim Blackburn). Newer designs allow at least one degree of freedom, either in the seatstay attachment, or the dropout attachment, to accommodate the infinite variation in frame geometry from bike to bike.
You can see how the rack is "tweaked" at the front vertical strut. Mine was similar except the bend was the other direction when it came to me on the Cilo bike I purchased on CL.
I fixed it by drilling a new hole in the dropout attachment flange of the rack, that is correctly located for my frame's geometry. This is the specific fix I recommend (to get rid of the bend in the horizontal part of the rack). The general fix is to slot either the holes in the dropout attachments or the seatstay attachments, or both. This will allow some adjustability, but not a universal fit to all frames.
