Getting it set up -correctly- will basically require taking apart and reassembling the whole bike. Grease is a rarity, axle cones tend to be too tight, wheels are always out of true, and bearing balls are often missing. If you go this route, assume you'll have to do the same amount of work you would getting a used bike on the road.
