15 minute warmups are almost always enough for me. Anything more than that and it's a waste for me, might as well start the intervals.
I'm the same way. Really, it takes me about 5-10 minutes.
Last year I got out of the car 2 minutes before a crit start at a cool 34F. I coasted over to the line and won the first-lap prime.
I'm 40.
I think it helps that I don't have much training time. If I did any longer of a warmup, then about 40% of all my training would be warm-up or cool-down. Screw that.
