It's funny, walmart has a policy [or so I was told] of not selling co2 cartridges in their [sub]urban stores, but only in rural ones. So I can't buy these cheap cartridges at my WM, or Dick's, but fortunately Academy does sell them in my area. IIRC $10 for a box of 24.
edit: reading BBM's post - I may not be able to buy an air cartridge, but I can buy shotgun shells (probably other ammo, too, I've never really looked) at my southern walmart
