Campy Sciroccos use specially drilled Veloce hubs, so I'm sure you can just buy another freehub body.


Why you can't find campy -> shimano is you can find dirt cheap shimano compatible hubs, but not campy....since campy hubs are pricey, it makes more sense to adapt shimano to work with campy than vice versa.
