But it'll only work in a LHD-specific hub. There is no way to 'convert' a hub (or crankset, for that matter) that wasn't designed for LHD to LHD.

- Freewheel threads are right-handed for RHD and left-handed for LHD so they're self-tightening instead of self-unscrewing.
- Cassette bodies and drivers are side specific and you need *both* a leftie cassette body and a lefty driver for LHD...they don't mix and match.
- Pedals are left and right specific with left and right-handed threads, so if you flip your crankset to run LHD your pedals will be on backwards.
