Driving around my admittedly backwoods stylie neighborhood, something caught my eye. I wasn't sure and didn't want to get closer and risk being shot for tresspassing, so I went back tonight with a 20X zoom camera and shot this:



I'm wondering:
A) What is it?
B) What should I offer for it?

It's obviously sat through a CO Winter and is about to sit through another, so I don't expect it to be in even rideable condition without some work. If all I got was a useable frame out of it, I'd be happy. Whaddya think? I'll dig out my vintage bike books and see what I can find too.
