But think about this, the dog is providing you an opportunity to see how fast you can go with your balls against the wall sort of speak all out effort. Then you can brag to others how fast you went that day! It's great fun.
I'd rather race against another cyclist who's smart enough to look before s/he crosses at a red light than a dumb dog. Furthermore, another cyclist would be
less likely to bite me in the leg if they caught up to me.
