My friend is jumping into cycling, he just bought a 2009 caad9-5. The bike will be here in a few days but he still has no cycling clothing (ie bibs and a jersey), shoes and helmet are taken care of.

What is a cheap place to buy clothing online? I usually buy most of my stuff through a LBS, but he spent more than he should have on the bike so now he needs to go cheap.

(he's a big dude btw, like 250#. which is another reason he wants to go cheap because he is planning on losing weight)
