love2pedal.com has some pretty decent stuff. Sure I wouldn't compare them to my best bibs in terms of feel, but they're definitely the best <$40 bibs I have and I think maybe if I'd ordered a size smaller I'd be higher on them, but I liked it a little loose when I first started out.
