Im not a jersey/shorts kinda guy, anyway. But I did get some used jerseys on ebay for about $8-$10 each. They were in A1 condition and random designs or solid colors - "no team jerseys if you arent on the team..." and all that.

But let me suggest he get them in XXXL. I'm 6' 1", 225 and even that big they suck for fit.
AS for shorts, well, I dont own any so there you go....
