I think if you have your rack all locked down, towers and all, and you have the bike carriers that lock, you'll be OK. You'd really have to destroy a lot to get it off with those core locks.
I hate to leave my bike on the car, even with it locked in the mounts and an additional lock tossed on. But I don't worry much about my locked down rack.
