I was riding with my group at the Memorial Park Loop in Houston. It's a 1.2 mile loop in a large park, and one of our members had his Yakama rack stolen from the roof of his car. It was bolted in place and had to be dismantled to get it, but they just came and took it. While rare (I'd think), it happens.
