Today my wife surprised me at work and drove me out for lunch (hmm I wonder why? Oh right she got a new car the other day ). Anyhow, whenever you guys are in San Diego area and want some of the best Mexican food in the area; Lolita's in Kearny Mesa is one of those can't miss restaurants.
Ended up ordering a plate of carne asada fries (had no idea how HUGE it was) and shared it like a couple would; face to face, an inch away from bumping heads.
And to top it off, because we were eating in the patio; the blue angels were holding exercises directly overhead!
