Quads really filled out to the max?
My quads have been 73-74cm (28.7-29") for a while now. Not getting any bigger no matter how much I lift. I'm getting stronger but not bigger. But, also, I don't lift for hypertrophy anyway. I lift for strength and power, which counter-intuitively doesn't add mass like hypertrophy lifting does.

Losing several lbs would do wonders for my performance. I've never really dieted before. I always figured that I burned enough calories so what does it matter. Apparently it does matter
