The expression "share the road" means just that, not hog it. And that is equally true for motorists, cyclists and motorcyclists.

Stay right except to pass is also a rule of the road, alas less often followed these days. To me that too means all vehicles.

I remember the story posted some weeks ago about a motorcyclist who kicked over a bicycle rider. Is this and that thread related? I suspected so at the time.
