Chainstay length? Considering the location of the lower rear rack brazeons, this could be particularly important. Their location looks like they might cause a rear rack to sit more foreward than normal.

The specs says the fork has rack and fender brazeons, but, as noted, there appears to be only one at the dropout which is occupied by the front fender.
