Yes. My recommendation would be to get a Profile Design Fast Forward seatpost or similar, a set of Profile Design T1 or T2 clip-on bars, flip your stem (or swap it out for a shorter one) and try and find a comfy and fast position.

If you are desperate for a tri-specific frame, and are on a limited budget, try the 720 TT from Leader. It's about the cheapest way to get a tri-specific geometry frame. It doesn't have the fancy rear wheel cutout that the higher end frames do but who cares. Mine is an extremely fast machine:
