This bike was built a mile from where I took this picture... estimate that it is a 1990 built my Jim Moulden, a local builder who has retired from the frame building business so it is also classic and vintage.

My Blizzard is a better set up for rooty and rocky trails but will not keep up with the Moulden on the hard pack and flats and a few weeks ago took the Moulden 100 miles on the road.

Bike will go in for fresh powdercoat this winter and will see if I can't upgrade a few bits to get the weight down to < 22 pounds... she curbs out at 24 now.

My '88 Kona Explosif is going to get built up as an SS and I expect a sub 20 pound build on that.
