Hi,
I just bought a MASI speciale uno (2011) for $500.00 . I really liked the look, but loved the test ride. My question is would it be possible to get the bike under 20lb? and could it be done for $400.00 - $500.00 ? My commute to school is pretty much all up hill and Austin has a lot of climbs downtown. This is my first bike so I am still getting used to some of the bike language. I was told the wheel set was a good place to start, maybe the fork? Any help would be awesome.
