The OP is ridiculous.
The larger more "cushiony" seat, that might hurt more than help.
If your bf's sit bones are on the seat and the seat is the right size and adjusted correctly he should not need anything to "cradle his balls" or anything else other than maybe a jock strap. Good grief.
So you and the bf are having a baby but don't have enough commitment to the baby or yourselves to get married? I think that is more of a problem that your bfs "balls" and bike seat.
