1. Looks like a 10 speed (5 cogs in rear, 2 chainrings in front, right?)
2. Steel, no idea what kind. Some Kabukis were stainless, but this looks low end, so some kind of hi-ten, I suppose.
3. No idea.
4. Early to mid 80's is my guess.
