Bikes: 1986 Alpine (steel road bike), 2009 Ti Habenero, 2013 Specialized Roubaix

I would ride every day if I could. Sadly, this doesn't happen much anymore.

Just alternate "easy" and "hard" days. Taking a day off won't really hurt either.
