It's more the angle of the fork legs in the first pic, even though the bars look turned a bit, which hinders judgement, along with the view angle being off.
It's difficult to tell from photographs.
To properly tell from a photograph, the front wheel has to be perfectly straight, the camera body should be parallel with the bike frame and the camera should be the same height and pointed directly at the bottom headset cup and your camera-subject distance should be correct for the lens used to eliminate distortion.
