Missing fork support for Mavic wheel

Repost from road cycling forum-

During the course of a tire change on my cosmic elite front wheel, I somehow managed to lose the little metal spacer that goes between the inside of the front dropout and the hub of the wheel on one side. I believe it is called a fork support. I didn't even notice and I've been riding my bike with an artificially narrowed fork for a few weeks , hopefully the carbon hasn't been weakened by being torqued down while I tighten the skewer.

I've checked 3 local bike shops for the part, and I've searched thoroughly online, but I've had no luck at all. Does anyone know where I might find one or have an old mavic wheel lying around that they would be willing to sell a piece of? I'd rather not have to buy a whole new hub or wheel because of a tiny missing piece

At this point I'd just take the contact email address for customer support at Mavic USA which is difficult to find through googling. None of the local shops have any advice beyond "Contact Mavic", and none of the websites selling bike parts have these. For reference, I've included a couple pics-
This is the part-

This is where it goes, set on the axel and snug into the hub-

Any help would be appreciated.
