DP18s aren't the heaviest rims out there but definitely aren't light.

Under $175 may be tough because even if you find a wheelset with relatively light rims, they'll most likely be overbuilt using heavy straight-gauge spokes. If you want really light wheels, having a set of KinLins built using nice double-butted spokes is a great option.
