Out of the two, I like the Lightning Tour. Although it doesn't specify in the specs, it seems to have a shorter wheel base and slightly more compact. As a short person, that would be important to me.

The Cafe Latte does have disc brakes and by the pics seem to have a longer wheel base, neither of which I care for.

I'm not savy on the components but if I was looking at either of the two, that would be the very first thing I noted. I would search for any review of the two.
