Bikes: Several, mostly not name brands.

The dent doesn't look really serious to me.

I'd use a brass brush to remove the loose rust, put some rust reformer or linseed oil over the spot, move the clamp to cover it, and enjoy the ride.

With a little TLC, I suspect you'll easily get a couple decades of use out of it before it needs attention again.
