I think you need to address the fork issue first. if lesterof puppest still has his ask him to measure the wheelbase and compare yours. then you need a decent replacement fork. you local biks shop (LBS) may have something from a wreck or damaged frame, or you can just buy one from a place like Niagara or Nashbar.
