9C with a 30 gusting to 40km/h headwind. I still wore jersey, shorts and a merino pullover. Commute time was only 1 minute longer than yesterday, which I was pretty happy with considering the wind.

Last night while walking I saw another e-bike rider with delusions of being a motorcyclist. Riding slowly in the driving lane despite the curb lane being completely empty, near dusk with no lights.
