Itnas, a while ago I looked into going to Whistler and doing a skills course with http://www.zeptechniques.com. For bike skills alone, they look really good, and Whistler is obviously an awesome riding destination.
Ended up rather doing MBLA (http://www.britishcycling.org.uk/sco...-cycling-smbla) which is more for people who want to lead/guide in Europe and is much more comprehensive - not only focussed on bike skills alone, so probably not what you're looking for.
