That's pretty nuts. Quitting cold turkey isn't easy I've heard. I've had a raging headache all day.

For quitting, I recommend "The Easy Way to Stop Smoking" by Allen Carr. It had me happily off the habit for a good while. The only reason I went back was because of a series of unfortunate events in California that ruined my vacation and led to a pretty hopeless short-term depression. And at the moment I just don't care to quit again. Timing is important.
