These cranks were marketed by Madison cycles under the name of "Red S" and were quite expensive if i remember rightly. Had a set on my Romany until last summer, when i realised that there was no thread left holding the pedal on. Anyway, a quick search of the bits box in the shed uncovered a stronglight chainset which is virtually indentical.
