basically i took a chance since they're prices are very low....and i payed by paypal, so if they dont turn out to be legit i can use paypal resolution center....
buuuut they say 10 days for shipping, and its been two weeks. ive emailed them 4 times over the corse of a week without any replies.
ive even called their number but it goes to a voice mail saying "sorry we dont have live help for online sales, please email"
actually i just opened a paypal dispute. i know its only been 4 days over they're promise of 10 but the fact that customer service is basically non-existent is unnerving. oh well! sometimes you take a chance and get burned.
maybe im just fishing for other's experience with them. did your stuff arrive but way after 10 days?
so yah, to follow up, the next day after opening a paypal dispute they refunded my money.
basically it seems they dont have a working business, since noone is actually replying to any of their email accounts, and obviously they never shipped the stuff i ordered, YET they leave a website up to take your money. WTF???
so i took a chance and tried to order off them, and although i got my money back basically had two weeks of my time wasted waiting for stuff i could have gotten much sooner. oh well....
so yah, avoid manitou bike store.
