I dunno - I am 99% sure that if I listed a complete Super Record gruppo (the $935 example above was still missing pedals, even though it included a slightly-ratty low-level Regina and a 3ttt stem) in very good condition I could pull a grand out of it.

Condition, condition and condition. Add Super Record component prices up; at the VG or better condition I dare say over $1000 is possible.

If condition is crap, the only buyers are people using it on their beaters (not going to pay a lot) and guys like me who refurbish them (ditto).
