I am mechanically inclined and have done a lot of bike flipping in the past when I was in college. But now I have a full-time job and a salary that I couldn't replace doing something like this. I enjoy flipping bikes, but you can't find enough used ones around here at a low enough price to flip with any kind of regularity. Prices on Craigslist tend to be inflated and I never see bikes at thrift stores and very rarely at garage sales. They get snatched up fast. This would just be something on the side for fun and a little slush money. I think if I could combine lots of informational stuff in a package, people could get all of the vital information in one place. Then I could be available by IM or chat to answer questions or help them evaluate a possible buy on Craigslist, etc.

I have an uncle who did something similar with compiling a packet that showed you how to do your own home inspection.
