I say keep your existing frame and buy a new set of wheels with that money. I had a CAAD-10 w/ 105 as a backup bike that I gladly sold to fund the purchase of some Zipp 404 Clinchers. When the weather turns sour, I use some durable 32h clinchers. No need to have two road bikes IMO.
