That would probably explain the different lugs. I thought they didn't start using that "Raleigh" logo until the mid 70s though, maybe its a repaint? Regardless, it's a nice looking frame! I like those lugs and the fork crown alot.
I don't think it is 1966...just that the serial numbers do not make sense. Font, logo, and dropouts suggest early-mid seventies. It is a good lookin' frame. Fall/Winter project as time and $ allow.
