Rode the fixed gear spin bike for the first time in a while (year?). Dreaming of welding various stuff to it so I can actually fit it.
Lost a lot of rpm. 232 rpm max observed, down about 20 rpm. Considering getting shorter cranks for it (175s right now).
Now I want to get my track bike on rollers/trainer and see how that goes. 170s on that bike.
